The location of the hotel was fantastic! It was close to shopping areas and easily accessible by bus to the center of the city. Plus, the hotel was situated right by the beach, offering beautiful views and plenty of fun activities nearby.
There were a couple of downsides to my experience at the hotel. the toilet took a long time to fill up and had an unpleasant odor.

Gorgeous ocean view from the balcony and steps away from the beach. Convenient location close to shopping and easy transportation by bus to Cancun Centro.- The kitchenette was useful for preparing our own food.
The staff at the front desk were rude and unhelpful, with poor communication skills. The room had several safety hazards, including a sunken kitchen and pointed edges in the bathroom.

The location is perfect for those who want to be right in the heart of the party scene, as it is right by all the party spots and next door to Coco Bongo's. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a lovely beach view. The staff were friendly and even organized our transport back to the airport when we left.
The constant loud music from the neighboring nightclub can be quite bothersome, especially if you're trying to get a good night's sleep.
